BPS Staffing, Inc., a family-owned business, was started in July 1987 with two objectives in mind:
- To provide major corporations with a source for competent, cost-effective, supplemental staffing and
personalized customer service.
- To serve as an intermediary to facilitate placement of workers into the workforce and into positions
of immediate productivity.
In order to accomplish these objectives,
BPS executives concentrated their efforts on recruiting capable candidates and
providing quality services to clients.
BPS has grown into a full-service staffing company recognized as a leader in the
industry with a solid reputation for providing professional and timely service.
BPS
is a member of the American Staffing Association and the Illinois Staffing Association. The company is
certified as a minority and female owned business by the State of Illinois, City of Chicago and the Minority
Business Development Council.
